Privacy

This page is a starting template and needs legal review before launch.

Short version: we store what the app needs to work, we keep it in Google Firebase, and you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it.

What we store

  • Your account: email address, name and the profile details you add, such as training goal, experience, height and target weight.
  • Your training: programs, workouts, sets, reps, weights, personal records and body weight entries you log.
  • Gym records: if you belong to a gym on Fitzilo GymTrack, the gym enters and keeps your membership plan, payment and receipt records and check-ins.
  • Coach data: if you work with a trainer, their session logs and notes about you, and any training progress you choose to share with them.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see what

  • Your personal training log is yours. Coaches see it only if you share it.
  • Your gym's owners and staff can see the membership, payment and attendance records they manage for you.
  • Trainers assigned to you can see the session logs and notes they keep.

Gyms are responsible for their member data

Gyms decide what member information they enter, such as payment records and contact details, and are responsible for having a valid reason to keep it and for keeping it accurate.

Export and delete

Email [email protected] from the address on your account to get an export of your data or to have it deleted. Records a gym keeps about your membership may need to be removed by that gym, and we will help you reach them.
